In association with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, and with its generous support, on 15 June, the ANU Korea Institute hosted a one-day Symposium on the future of the Korean peninsula, security in the region, and Korea-Australia relations. Recent developments on the Korean peninsula are promising an end to a stalemate in peace negotiations between North and South. Many thanks to all of you who have confirmed your attendance to the KSAA Dinner on Tuesday 3 July after the subregional keynote by Professor Andrew Kim. There is no formal Sub-Regional Association meeting for KSAA as our biennial AGM takes place during the KSAA main conferences, but we will have a short informal meeting in the same room (ABS SR 2020) to update you all on current and upcoming KSAA activities before heading out for dinner.
